ADAI’s Mary Hatch & Inga Manskopf Recognized by Department for Professional Excellence
06/18/2026We are proud to announce that two of our team were recently recognized by our department (UW Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences) for their excellent work!

ADAI Associate Professor Mary Hatch, PhD, was awarded the Wayne J. Katon Outstanding Research Mentor Award, which recognizes a faculty member who has demonstrated excellence in research mentoring of faculty members and trainees, including students, residents, fellows, and postdocs. Faculty mentors selected for this award have demonstrated a sustained commitment to fostering the creative, scholarly, professional and personal development of their mentees.
Dr. Hatch is Co-Investigator of the NIDA National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network’s Pacific Northwest Node and Director of the Clinical Trials Consultation and Technical Assistance Program (C-TAP).

ADAI’s Director of Program Operations, Inga Manskopf, was also nominated for a Collaborative Impact Staff Award from the department. Though she was not ultimately selected, multiple colleagues submitted nominations on her behalf to express their gratitude and respect for her efforts to break down silos, create meaningful opportunities for connection, and promote collective learning and growth for all staff and faculty at ADAI.
As Director of Program Operations at ADAI, Inga provides oversight and direction of the various ADAI programs and projects, and also works closely with all faculty and staff to maintain the fiscal and functional health of ADAI.
Congratulations, Mary and Inga!
