Alcohol use is common among people who use opioids, including fentanyl. Alcohol worsens health, complicates treatment, and increases overdose risk. The good news? There are ways to help people cut back on their alcohol use.
Join CEDEER’s Washington State Opioid Response Training Team for a training focusing on practical, evidence based approaches to alcohol withdrawal, treatment, and safer use.
Areas of focus for this training include:
- Addressing acute alcohol withdrawal
- Treating alcohol use disorder in outpatient settings
- Safer use strategies for alcohol use
