Developing Overdose Prevention Programs for Washington State

This project aimed to broaden awareness of overdose and provide information about how to recognize and intervene in opiate overdoses to save lives. It planned to develop, implement and evaluate the acceptability and feasibility of new trainings utilizing three different modes: in-person, interactive webinar, and web based. Bus advertising was utilized in two counties to educate the general public and direct them to online training and educational materials.
