Transforming Our Communities 2021 Summit Videos Now Available!

In June 2021, ADAI’s Center for Community-Engaged Drug Education, Epidemiology, and Research (CEDEER) held its second annual Transforming Our Communities: Supporting People Who Use Drugs summit.
This 2-day event aimed to bring diverse participants together to:
- Understand the perspectives of people who use drugs
- Understand the importance of equitable access to care and services
- Build partnerships and connect people within their communities
- Walk away with fresh ideas
Day 1 featured participants from around the state gathering to hear from people with lived experience. Day 2 began with topic-specific breakout sessions, followed by a full group meeting with a call to action, wrap-up, and next steps.
