Mitch Doig CADC II

Mitch Doig is Co-Director for the Northwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center (NWATTC) at ADAI. He represents the NWATTC in Oregon and Idaho, partnering with local authorities to coordinate technical assistance within this portion of the region. Prior to joining the ADAI, Mitch served the community for over a decade in various capacities within the SUD field including organizational leadership, supervisory, and direct care roles within the State of Oregon, where he currently resides. As a result of his experiences in each of those roles, Mitch brings with him a passion for Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and other models of care that emphasis strengths based and collaborative approaches as a means to assisting others.

In addition to his role at the NWATTC, Mitch serves the community through participation in advisory groups in the areas of Harm Reduction, Criminal Justice System Reform, Public Health, and SUD Counselor specific education. He is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
