SSI Battelle

This project aimed to estimate the termination, via the Contract with America Advancement Act, of Social Security’s Disability Insurance and Supplemental Insurance benefits for persons diagnosed with substance abuse problems. It then estimated the economic impact of those benefits terminations on federal, state, and local government resources for those affected.
