Kitsap Outcome Evaluation

This project expanded the previous outcome evaluation study for the Kitsap County Adult and Juvenile Court, to include a process evaluation for juvenile drug court and an outcome evaluation for adult drug court. The outcome evaluation assessed clients’ reduction in recidivism, reduction in substance use, improvement in other areas of life functioning, and the relationships of these outcomes to the structure of the treatment and court program.
