Sierra Grossman BA

Sierra Grossman, BA, is an administrative assistant for the UW Addictions, Drug & Alcohol Institute where she has been working since 2024. Some of her main duties include calendar management, providing support for the ADAI Clearinghouse, assisting with grants and contracts and creating educational and community-focused events. Before that, Sierra worked as a Program Assistant at Fred Hutch in the Vaccine Trials Unit where she helped operate clinical trials researching various treatments for COVID-19, HIV and AIDS. In 2022, Sierra graduated with her degree in Sociology from the University of Washington-Seattle with a double minor in Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies and Labor Studies. Some of Sierra’s interests include diversifying research, public health and cultivating equitable solutions for marginalized groups.
