Lindsay Worth MPA, MA

Lindsay Worth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience in mental health and substance use research, education, and training. Her background spans research program management, motivational and psychedelic counseling, and extensive work in training and implementation. She specializes in teaching Motivational Interviewing and supporting organizations in adopting evidence-based practices across diverse behavioral health settings.

Lindsay leads Intensive Technical Assistance projects for the Northwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center (Northwest ATTC), supporting implementation of Motivational Interviewing and the Invitation to Change approach within behavioral health organizations. She also oversees the development of a regional Leadership Program designed to support and grow current and emerging behavioral health leaders.
