Held on May 5, 2015 at Central Washington University, this summit brought together the various communities from Eastern Washington that combat heroin and prescription opioid overdoses to exchange information and find more effective ways to:

Featured speakers included Steve Freng from the Northwest High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HW HIDTA) and former KIRO-TV reporter and Evening Magazine host Penny LeGate, who offered "A Parent's Perspective," after the 2012 death of her teenage daughter Marah Williams from an opioid overdose.

CEU: Certificates of Completion were available for Legal, Chemical Dependency Professionals, Mental Health Counselors, Psychologists, and Social Workers.
